Liability Release
Please read the following carefully before participating in activities at Retro Skate and Bounce.
Participant Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in recreational activities provided by LH HOLDINGS LLC. DBA RETRO SKATE, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Inherent Risks
I understand that outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken. These risks include but are not limited to: falls from height, slips on uneven or wet terrain, and collisions with fixed objects or other participants; drowning, submersion, or water-related injury; equipment failure or malfunction; exposure to extreme weather including heat, cold, rain, wind, lightning, and rapidly changing conditions; encounters with wildlife, insects, or hazardous plants; dehydration, hypothermia, heat stroke, altitude sickness, or exhaustion; cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions, and in extreme cases, permanent disability or death. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for all risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained during my participation, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
Release of Liability
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE LH HOLDINGS LLC. DBA RETRO SKATE, its owners, officers, employees, guides, instructors, agents, and volunteers (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.
Indemnification
I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney fees, brought by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns.
Participant Obligations
I agree to follow all safety instructions, posted rules, and directions from guides and staff at all times. I understand that guides have the authority to exclude any participant from an activity for safety reasons, and that no refund will be issued for safety-related cancellations or removals. I agree to inspect any equipment provided to me and to immediately report any concerns.
Medical Acknowledgment
I represent that I am in adequate physical health to participate. I have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations to staff. I authorize to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I agree to bear all costs of such treatment.
Acknowledgment
I have read this document in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily on 10/12/2026. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
